I am privileged to have over three decades of experience in the social care sector and I have dedicated my career to helping others receive the highest standards of care. From my early days as a carer through to senior management and leadership roles which have all involved training, coaching and development of staff members, I have gained a deep passion in ensuring that people receive training that is relevant, fun, memorable and the key ingredient to excellent care service standards.
